I've offered a lot of advice and righted a lot of wrongs, and I must say that what you've put up makes utter sense. Please persist in the good work - the more individuals know the better they'll be equipped to cope with the tax man, and that's what it's all about. I like that you mentioned that if you're not ready to buy, you shouldn't. The tax credits are a nice incentive, but that's all they are and the last thing we need is another round of homeowners that aren't ready for homeownership. The minute buying a home (for non-investors) doesn't revolve around wants and needs is the minute things start to go downhill. Great points.
